Fairy Cafe Bookings
By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payments & RefundsAll payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, booking fees, deposits, and any additional services purchased.
Food and catering services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Guest numbers
Tickets essential, any reservations over 8 people must be pre-organised with our functions manager 0424 953 965. A ticket is required for all guests, regardless of age.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Guests may reschedule their booking, subject to availability.
Rescheduling may incur a re-booking fee, which will be determined based on the nature of the change and the notice provided.
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the original booking date.
4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the full loss of payment.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced experience time and cannot be extended or rescheduled.
5. Amendments & Cancellations
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or credit may be offered at the company's discretion.
6. High Chairs
Please note we do not have high chairs available in our venue. However we do have small tables and cushions the smaller children can utilise
7. Disabled Access
Our 100 year old venue has stairs, and we want everyone to have a comfortable experience. If you or someone in your group has a pram or reduced mobility, please contact us in advance — we're happy to help with any special accommodations during the week, on weekends all lower ground access is generally booked out.
8. Children’s Supervision
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including when using the stairs and in the bathrooms. Please ensure they stay within sight throughout your visit.9. Food & Drink
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought inside.10. Decor
Our venue is beautifully decorated to enhance your experience. Please help us keep it that way by not altering, moving, or disturbing any decorations. Any damage may result in additional charges.11. Health & Safety
Your safety is important to us! Please be mindful of your surroundings, especially near stairs and decor. While we do our best to create a safe space, we are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.
12. Conduct
We want all our guests to have a great time! Please be kind, respectful, and considerate to others. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
13. Lost Property
Before you go, take a moment to check for your belongings. With so many families visiting each day, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost items.
14. Right to Cancel & Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel a booking or refuse service if a guest provides false information, violates our policies, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where applicable, offer an alternative solution.By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Ticket Policy and Santa Photos
Our programs operate like any other performance venue. Each ticket represents a seat at our program.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, this applies to school holiday programs and Santa photos. You can however change the name on your ticket (even on the day). Please keep this in mind when purchasing your tickets in advance.
A $25 re-booking fee will be applicable for any date or time change.

Party deposit
Your non-refundable party deposit holds your chosen date and time, you can choose to move your date and time within a 30 day period if we have another date available. Sickness on your party date is valid for a date change only, this can also be for the year after if we have no remaining timeslots. A no show or a date change within 30 days of your booking will result in a loss of your deposit. A cancelled or date change credit can be applied to a travel party if we have no available venue dates.
A True Fairies party is like no other, you will find everything is absolutely done for you, from the set up, the décor, and greeting your guests. We have had 1000’s of parties and have found the perfect time frame for each age group. You will have a dedicated party ‘godmother’ to ensure your activity timeline fits it perfectly with your vision. After each party we assess what we did perfectly, and what requires tweaking to ensure an even better party the next time. This means, just like a magic world on top of the faraway tree, we are ever evolving and what you saw last time might not be there anymore. We also welcome feedback on things that we can update and amend for next time
Over the years we have found that certain aspects work well, and some do not, our rules and regulations reflect that, while the majority are for safety requirements, many are to limit stress on staff (energised and calm staff gives the best outcome of your party) and parents and we want to remind all parents that this day is for you too!!!
It sometimes feels unusual to let someone else do everything for you. But please know THIS is what we are here for!! We offer private parties and unlike many play centres you will not share your time slot with anyone else.
